Can I place an order over email or phone?
Email orders have proven to be risky and for the safety and security of our customers, we do not accept orders over email.  We do, however, accept orders over the phone.

What payment options do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master, Discover, Amex), PayPal, and checks. Orders paid with credit cards or PayPal will be shipped the same day. If you pay through a check, please contact us for a shipping address.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Georgia (7%).

How long will my order take to ship?
It generally takes 24 to 48 hours to process your order (sometimes less) before it ships out and depending on your shipping address, it can take between 5 to 7 days to arrive with standard ground shipping.

Where will my order be shipped from?
All of our products are made in the United States of America and will ship out from one our nine warehouses across the nation.

Is my information safe when ordering from your store?
All the information you provide, including your credit card information, is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. We use SSL technology to prevent your information from being intercepted and read as it is transmitted over the Internet.

Why do you need my contact info?
We request your email address so that we can email you an order confirmation. We request your phone number to contact you in case we need to give you an order update. Rest assured, we never rent or sell your contact information to anybody, for anything.
