Shipping and Delivery Information
Love Me Gift Baskets.com is a division of: American Tigerstrike Inc.

All of our gift baskets are covered by our 100% satisfaction policy. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the quality or if the product was damaged prior to receipt, we will replace it with an equal or better replacement.
 

Shipping:
We have multiple shipping options available. On each page you will find the shipping options available for that product. We only ship via UPS Ground, 2nd Day and Overnight.

Shipping time does not include the day you place the order and does not include weekends or holidays. If you are not sure of our shipping options please place your order by phone. We cannot ship out of the Continental U.S. or to P.O. Boxes.

Deliveries to Businesses
When sending packages to businesses, please be aware that the delivery driver may deliver the basket to a shipping and receiving department. Let your recipient know that they should be receiving a perishable package. We are not responsible if the recipient is not available to receive the product or if the business is closed for the day.

Hospital Deliveries
Most hospitals are not very good at making sure packages get to the recipient. We would recommend you ship to the persons home address. We cannot assume responsibility for gifts becoming lost or misplaced within hospitals, failure of the hospital staff to deliver the gift to the patient's room, or gifts arriving after a patient has been dismissed.

Hotel Deliveries
Only ship to a hotel if you are certain the recipient will be in the hotel when the package arrives. We cannot take responsibility for packages getting lost or misplaced, failure of the hotel staff to deliver the package to the recipient, or gifts arriving after the recipient has checked out of the hotel.

Returns:
Contact our customer service. Perishable and fragile products cannot be returned. These products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged. Non-perishable items should be returned in their original packaging. If you would like to request a credit or replacement, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Address Corrections:
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If the address is not correct and gets shipped back to us, you are responsible for all shipping charges.

Substitution Policy:
In order to get your basket delivered on time to it's destination, we follow these important steps.

1. If we are out of a particular product, i.e. a specific basket, plush, vase, etc., our basket creators will substitute a similar product of equal or greater value.

2. Items containing chocolate that are shipped between the months of May and October will be substituted with a product of equal or greater value. (This is due to the chocolate melting during those months)
