Shipping Information

What are your shipping charges?

Standard shipping, which we use UPS Ground for, is only $9.99.  We also offer 3-day, 2-day and overnight shipping options for an additional fee.

How long will my order take to ship? 

We generally ship out orders on the day we receive them, so long as they are processed by 1pm EST.  If an order is processed after 1pm EST, it may still ship out that same day but is guaranteed to ship out by the morning of the next business day.

Where will my order be shipped from?

All of our products are made in the United States of America and will ship from one of our nine warehouses in the United States.

Do you offer faster delivery than ground shipping?

Yes, we offer 3-day, 2-day and overnight shipping options.  Your shipping options will be available during check-out.

What if the item is not in stock when I order? 

We understand how frustrating it can be to have your heart set on a specific gift just to find out two days later that it is no longer in stock.  To avoid this unpleasant situation, we only list products that are guaranteed to be available and ready to immediately ship out.  We regularly update our online inventory to ensure that there are never any discrepancies between what we have listed for sale and what we have available.
